Through our work together, I will support you as you overcome obstacles that may present barriers to achieving a strong, healthy sense of self, and fulfillment and success in all aspects of life. My direct approach will challenge you to examine your thinking patterns and encourage you to embrace positive change, while making progress towards your goals.

What will we
talk about?

There are several concerns that I can help people work through including depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, self-esteem, anger, separation issues, and so much more. I recognize that we are all unique and that everyone is the expert of their own situation. I am merely a guide to help work through challenges and work towards accomplishing goals.

What tools
will we use?

I use a variety of evidence based therapeutic techniques, most specifically Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behaviour Therapy (DBT) strategies, and Image Transformation Therapy (ImTT). I practice within a strength-based and solution focused model of therapy. I help clients recognize their strengths and assist with building upon them.
